I've only played golf once and have vowed to never do so again. I was on a par 4 and was preparing myself to hit the crap out of it. I was getting pretty frusturated and decided that I would redeem myself by knocking this one to the moon. I pulled back and got ready to hit. As I swung forward I closed my eyes (huge mistake) bracing myself for the awesome shot I was about to make. When I opened my eyes I looked up to see where the ball had gone. To my amazement my Dad (who was golfing with me) was laughing his tail off. He pointed behind me and I turned around just in time to see my golf ball rolling into the lake. I had hit it between my legs and into the water. I had clipped the ball with the very edge of the club. To this day, I am the only person that I know of that has hit a golf ball backwards. And as it pertains to metal... Golf < Metal!

hahah that reminds me of the time when me and my dad were at a par three we were watchin this one guy all day (he was good) but it was the 11th hole and we were watchin him set up and he swungand just hit his knees.... when he swung he hit with the heel of the club and the ball came up and hit him in his "no no's" and he just hit the ground..... so i laughed (what would you have done?)
but the guy had a sense of humor and laughed at himself about it

miniature golf always frusturates me...I'm overly competitive and get upset when I can't quite hit it just right...especially when the hole is elevated above the rest of the "course". I have a knack for hitting it just hard enough to roll of the other side. I usually reach the nine stroke limit on most holes ;D
But overall miniature golf is always a good time with your friends...despite how frusturated you may get

Hahahahaha I always either knock mine into the parking lot or into the waterfall thingy. But that's what makes it so much fun....especially when you start acting like Happy Gilmore

I've had more than my share of Happy Gilmore moments... "TIME TO DIE CLOWN!!!"
I haven't gone so far as to knock the nose off of the mechanical clown but I have yelled at more than one torture device (some call them obstacles) on a miniature golf course
