It's run by Christians and the grand majority of the performers are Christian, but they do have a small amount of non-Christian content. For example, there have been bands who play there who are not Christian bands (like Stretch Arm Strong) but simply have affiliation with some sort of record label that has a big presence in the Christian music market. Also, a lot of their non-music stuff (I'm thinking mostly about their films) are not showcasing Christian artists/film-makers, but the discussion groups are led by Christians and they discuss themes of morality/spirituality/etc. in the films. .....what? I thought it was pretty clear. Which part of the post is unclear?

I thought it was pretty clear. Which part of the post is unclear? the films thing was what i don't fully understand, if you could explain it a little i'd appreciate it. ((aka, what films?)) as for the non-christian bands playing....theres what, like, 3-5 possibly? even still, most of the time they are christians in a band who do not want to be labeled as a christian band. however yes, i agree that there are those that were previously affiliated with a christian record label. so, pretty much, it's easier to say that yes. it is a christian festival. sorry if that came off a little negative, i don't mean for it to sound that way

I would definitely go, if I didn't live in Arizona. I might still go. Is there moshing there (they wouldn't let us mosh at Ragefest, I almost got kicked out)?

If people don't mosh and just stand there and hxc dance or whatever i think i might have to go on a homicidal rampage.
I have an intense hatred for this so-called hardcore dancing.

Last year the only true mosh pit was at Disciple... all of the metalcore bands had mostly just hardcore dancing. Can't say anything about BTA, I missed the show because I arrived at cstone too late. And Extol couldn't show up... so I don't know about the actual metal bands. Oh, Aletheian didn't when they played at the rock for life stage... well, they did have hxc dancing, but most people took my view on it and stood and enjoyed the music. However, AILD and Winter Solstice had circle pits!!!! Whooo hooo!!! Me in a circle pit is kinda dangerous, though...

I just did some research. To fly to St. Louis,MO from AZ would take $800, and I'd have to rent a car the rest of the way to Bushnell, IL and pay for hotels, because I really couldn't take camping gear.
To drive would take 23 hours nonstop, and cost me $300 in gas and maybe $30(each) for food. If I took two or three buddies along I could do it. YES!! I am going! All 193 bands here I come!
