Holy crap. Heck yes I'm going. Are you going to go to the Kettering or Mt. Vernon show? I'd go to both if they weren't so far away. Mt. Vernon isn't too bad, but Kettering is out there for me.

Inked In Blood...meh. I'm really annoyed because I heard some guy saying Inked In Blood blended metal with hardcore...and so, I listen to some stuff, and it turns into screamo/hardcore stuff...WHEN WILL THE MISUSE OF "METAL" END!? Around the same time when people quit misusing the terms "emo" and "screamo" to describe bands like underOATH, The Used and MCR. Not trying to start an argument, just saying that it's very unlikely.

I'm so glad it's coming to Mobile. We finally get a good show down here. I've already requested off from work and everything. I'm ready!
Aletheian = Awesome BTA = Amazing Inked In Blood = Good hardcore Society's Finest - Zao Rip-offs, but still may be fun

I dunno. They're both about an hour away. Although my older brother has friends in Mt. Vernon. So I'll probably go to that one...

I've been craving a SoFine show forever. Each time they come my way, I'm either busy or they cancel. Hopefully they keep the show in my area.

I don't think the venue has a website, but I could probably answer a few of your questions about it. Oh, and that goes for anyone interested in this show.

I just don't want to drive all the way to Joplin and then not be able to get a ticket. As slim a chance as that may be.

Around the same time when people quit misusing the terms "emo" and "screamo" to describe bands like underOATH, The Used and MCR. Not trying to start an argument, just saying that it's very unlikely. .... hey... first of all, I wasn't the first person to say that, the demo disc said something about the blend of metal and hardcore... I just was thinking it was horribly done. plus, when I was listening to it, some of the guitar playing, or however I should put that, sounded like there was some metal influence. I am not even coming close to calling them metal... but the mix they chose I can't stand at all. I wasn't going to call them "metalcore," because I didn't really want to, plus they're different than most metalcore bands anyway. And I am personally calling new underoath "Screamo," because that's what I consider it... I don't really like it a whole lot. However, the main reason is because of Aaron's choice to sing all "whiny," or whatever you wish to call it. He sang muich better on TCOT.
