If any of you guys are planning on going to this, please come early and see us play! This will be our second time playing with the showdown and we're super excited. These dudes are so down to earth and their tour manager is awesome. Haha, I love how they're so chill, they're fine with wearing their own shirts on stage. Anyways, come out and join us for some fun!

they're fine with wearing their own shirts on stage. It would be kinda weird wearing some stranger's shirt... ...Ohhhh, I get it! Anyways, if the show was in Sacramento, I would go. But it's not, so I can't.

Yeah, the two unwritten rules of shows and shirts is that you usually don't wear the shirt of the band you're going to go see, unless you've bought the shirt there at the show. The second rule among local bands is that it's usually not accepted to wear your own shirts...it's just kinda weird. I'm going to wear an afterimage shirt one day to one of our own shows, but i'll have another shirt over it and rip it off during the set so the rest of the band can't stop me. HAHA

I always wear the shirt of the band I'm going to see if I have one. Guess I'm a loser...

probably.
Haha, just kidding. Maybe its a thing that just my friends and I have, i dunno. I've always liked doing that, but its some dumb metalhead thing to not wear one.

Well, around here, we wear the shirts of the band we are going to see...it's only not cool when everyone is wearing the exact same shirt. You gotta have some variety. Also, I remember Mortification wearing their own band shirts constantly...

Just got the tickets in! If anyone from the Illinois or neighboring areas wants to go, the best place to get tickets is through us or one of the other opening bands! It's $15 from us, $18 through the venue/ticket master, and $22 at the door!

The singer and I are freshman in college, the other guitarist is 23...I'm not sure what he calls himself in terms of the schooling process, and the bassist is a senior in high school.

Haha, I love their tour manager. The other guitar player in my band was lifting stuff, and his girlfriend started helping. The Showdown's tour manager (a gigantic southern man) came by and said these words, "Dang, she's a monster."
I laughed, then peed my pants, then laughed at that.
