wow, so it didn't take you that long to chisel out the perfect shape? I get that a lot, though I actually have to work pretty hard at this amazing bod.

I'm still somewhat buff. Doing some exercise between games of Halo is helping.

It's been awhile since I posted pictures here. Here's me at the beginning of the year, on January 5th. I'm the guy on the far right playing the bass guitar. I weighed in at 215 pounds, I didn't exercise at all and I was suffering from a near-constant chest pain that my cardiologist identified (after 2 months of testing) as a combination of anxiety attacks, poor diet, and total lack of exercise. He told me if I didn't shape up, I'd have a heart attack in a couple of years. This is the only picture of me from the height of my weight gain. This is me as of five minutes before this post was made. I didn't actually start exercising until May of this year, but in six months I've lost 55 pounds. I went from being able to barely bike a mile on a stationary bike to running 3 miles 3 times a week at a 7000' elevation. I now weigh 160 pounds even, with approximately 9% body fat. I've never felt better in my entire life.

wow, that's amazing! the funny thing is that i weigh approx the same and i'm 17 . however i mostly blame my being a bit over-weight on the fact that I do suffer from severe depression (so of course i'd resort to eating as one sub-conscious way to overcome it) and also because of the fact that i was abnormally tall as a kid. anyway, what exactly did you do to lose that much weight? i know i could definitely lose some weight, yet i don't seem to be having any problems from it and of course i naturally have some-what of a bulky build. p.s, yes there is such a thing as being big-boned. trust me, i know....i've held real human bones before

i'm not sure if i posted this on here before, but if I did, oh well; and if not then.... p.s, these photos were taken last year. now-a-days my display wall is too full of skulls and pelts to really do something awesome like that
