I just saw Kick-Ass last night and was totally blown away. By far one of the best movies I have seen in a long time. It was absolutely hilarious and totally violent and foul (in a good way haha). It had an engaging plot, good acting and characters (minus McLovin), awesome action scenes, very clever/witty dialog, and was just overall extremely entertaining. I highly suggest it!

Loved everything about this move. Nic Cage was even tolerable.

I saw this last night with my friends and I still am trying to determine just how much that movie blew my mind. f**king awesome.

Oh man, Kick-Ass was just awesome.
Scott - I think you'd like those two movies, especially Straw Dogs. Don't watch the trailer for it because it basically shows the whole movie... But in short, it's basically about a wimpy American and his hot British wife who live out in the sticks of her hometown. A couple different stories occur in parallel and then clash, causing him to become a "man" through violence. It's a wonderful look into the role of violence and human depravity as well as defending what is yours and morality. It's the kind of movie you can watch with a couple friends and discuss for hours afterwards.

Well it seems everyone agrees about Kick Ass. While we're talking about comedies, how about Dinner for Shmucks and The Other Guys?

The trailer for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader came out yesterday. I'm not going to go nitpick at every wrong thing they have/everything they added until I see it. But it looks good. Also, I can't wait for Tron: Legacy to come out.

Has anyone seen "Ondine" yet? I think it looks pretty good. I'm curious how "Splice" is as well...
