Whole album is better, sometimes the best parts of albums are the way the songs transition from one to the next
Random only when I can't decide on what to listen to

I listen to whole albums usually, but I always have it on shuffle, so I picked random.

Whole album
Shuffle is for fags who think they have ADD and can't appreciate the art of a cohesive album

I don't shuffle
I pick and choose
I'm really bad about not being able to make a decision on what to listen to
I'm probably gonna get in a wreck because of my constant song-changing

Whole album Shuffle is for fags who think they have ADD and can't appreciate the art of a cohesive album The art of a cohesive album is dying man. It's a shame, but so many bands don't even try to for it anymore.

Depends on the album. If there are transitions between songs, then straight through, but if it doesn't matter, random.

Random. I usually only listen to an album straight through when I get it (usually 3/4 times, then I just play random again).

Depends on the kind of music. I make a lot of mixes of songs that have the same mood or style, but sometimes I go through whole albums. For example, if I listen to Virgin Black I will most likely listen to the whole album. However, most death metal I listen in a random way. There are of course many exceptions in both areas.

^ Although, I'll usually listen to an album all the way through unless I don't like a lot of the songs, in which case I pick-and-choose. I usually only do shuffle when I don't know what I want to listen to, and I shuffle all of my musics then, instead of just one album.
