I know Living Sacrifice has been a big influence in BTA's style, and I would just like to say I love that band. I hadn't really heard them at all until recently when I bought The Hammering Process, and that's a good cd man. Even thought they're pretty much done with their band, they are still pretty rad. Also, kinda a question for the BTAers...Sean told me ya'll were using the guy who did Conceived in Fire for Living Sacrifice to do your new record...whats the deal with that?

I liked their last cd, even though it wasn't record-breaking in my book...but I love to go to their concerts ;D

Hammering Process was my first CD of theirs. I eventually got the others. I love the first one probably because it has such a strong Slayer influence, and I used to love Slayer back in the day. Non-Existent...... Inhabit is better, but Reborn is good as well. Conceived in Fire didn't shake me up too much but it wasn't bad. I never got the chance to see them live either.

Got em all.
Was going to their farewell show, but lo' an' behold, we cancelled our flight because my friend's father died.
*shrug*
He was the guy who bought us the tickets too.

I love Living Sacrifice (another "thanks" is due to Alan for that haha). I only have the Reborn album and Conceived in Fire (both are very awesome) and I'm looking to buy The Hammering Process.
Awesome band...truly awesome ;D

Man, i love that people are appreciating this great band. They were one of the first metal/hardcore style bands I truly fell in love with. I saw them on tour waaaaay back when Reborn first came out. I got them to autograph it for me too! Geez that was like 7 or 8 years ago. So of course I got Inhabit and Non-Existant. Then the Hammering Process, and finally Conceived in Fire. I like them all, but esp. from Reborn-Conceived in Fire... i think those albums display them when they found their "sound"

I saw their third to last show (I think it was the third at least) at Galaxy Cinemas in GA. The show was moved from the Extreme at the last minute becuase of firecode standards. I lost some hearing in my right ear at that show, becuase (due to the pit) you had the option of being practically against the speaker against the band, or sitting in the movie theatre seats if you didn't want to dance. I can't dance, so I chose the speakers. I get fluid behind my right ear often now. Still a great show. it was in my top 5.

Told ya! That CD was my first taste of them and maybe that was what stuck with me, but I guess to me, it sounds more original than their other CDs.
