After the first three listenings, I can say that I'm happy with this record. It is nothing I've expected and really cool/ and gets epic touches, in some points it beats TPOF - TD cannot be topped - but it is simply too short!! 'Ransom', 'Deep Heaven', 'Mountain Of Souls' , 'End Of Age' and the instrumental should be much longer imo. It gets so far that I cannot understand 'St. Anne's Lullaby' - but maybe this comes with more rounds of the cd. A full review will follow sooner or later ^^

For my first listen, I will I loved Ransom, Evil unseen, End of Age and Dichotomy the most. St. Anne's Lullaby was real nice, but I was hoping for a little more..And I know I must be like a lot of other guys for saying this, but I was really hoping Deep Heaven would be a lot better. Maybe I just need more listens to better digest it, but that keyboard gospel thingy seemed way outta place!! And i will agree with most people here that the album should have been MUCH longer!
Overall, I love this album! I assume that this will be a CD I will listen to in my car for a long time to come

After a brief second listen, I will say, Evil Unseen is super sinister sounding and heavy! I can't get enough of that opening riff on End of Age! Dichotomy will always be a favorite of mine!

I was so sad at the end of this CD. It was over...then it looped to the start and I was happy again.
Though, my first thoughts after listening to the whole thing was "Wow these guys are good album-writers. I can't wait for the next one."
