One thing that always makes me feel better when I'm particuarily down is some good excercise. Go for a walk and listen to something br00tal, or hop on a bike/elliptical machine for a little bit and blow off some steam. I know that you're probably feeling too tired, but depression makes you feel tired...exerting yourself will lighten your mood, get some endorphines pumping through your brain, and help burn off some of that stress. Plus, it's actually doing something proactive instead of sitting there and complaining how bad things are (which is my indicator that I need to go pound a workout).
Recommended.

^agreed 100%
being active instead of sitting around really helps. of course it's not a cure all but it defiantly helps
maybe this is just me but being outside is almost therapeutic

I don't know if it's a "wives tale" or not, but I've always heard that exercise is one of the best non-medical ways to combat depression. It makes you feel accomplished, better, healthier, sharper, etc.
