I'm assuming its $150 b/c you need a wireless adapter, correct? You know there are cheaper alternatives to the official Microsoft adapter right?

I might actually just get the old Xbox one used somewhere, and save myself seventy bucks. I might need another power strip though.
But outside of getting a router/modem, that's the only alternative I see, and I talked to one of my friends today who said he used an Xbox one and it gives him a pretty strong connection.

You don't have to use a wireless either, you can just use a LAN cable.

Linksys wireless gaming adapter, $69.99 at Amazon. www.amazon.com/Linksys-WGA54G-Wireless-G-Gaming-Adapter/dp/B00009X6DTYou can probably find it cheaper elsewhere.

That's still a lot pricier than the Xbox one, especially if I can find a used one or buy it off someone.

I'm gonna go hunting for a used old Xbox one.
That was confusing.
I'll just try the local gamestores and if all else fails I'll go to Amazon.
After I said it'd be $150 to get it I searched some more and found reviews on Amazon saying they worked on Xbox 360, so I figured that would be a better option (especially since it's still supposed to be a pretty strong connection.)
Also, this is the year of the Tigers and the Pistons (and Michigan, especially if they get whatshisname, the QB from Pennsylvania...)
