Who got to see Rush live on their last tour? I saw them in Auburn Washington and it was an amazing show.

Yeah, I caught one of their Toronto dates, as well as the Snakes & Arrows tour in '07. They consistantly put on stellar shows eh? What amuses me is comparing them to other classic rock bands still touring. It's amusing because the other bands are just re-living the glory days while Rush seems to just goof off, what with the washing mashine/rotisserie chicken amps and the strange videos. All the while, writing new material and rocking out harder than ever. Looking forward to the next tour!

The phrase classic rock does them no justice because they continue to make brilliant music, and like you said never have had to live in the past.

Saw them in July at the Air Canada Centre for my birthday. Let me tell yah, those $120 tickets were definitely worth it. I couldn't believe the show went on for 3 hours, such a good set list.
