OK, I've been doing some guitar exercises to try to improve my technique/speed/etc. Something that I've noticed is that my 4th finger (pinky) pull-offs are really weak, especially from 4th to 3rd finger. They just suck. Any tips on how to improve? Or do I just need to keep on doing the pull-offs and eventually my pinky will strengthen?
By the way, on the recommendation of Alex Kenis (Aletheian) I just bought the book Speed Mechanics for Lead Guitar by Troy Stetina. Recommended for any aspiring metal guitarist.

Pinky...just keep working at it, and work with your pinky on the thicker strings. It really helped me out.

I tend to do something simple like chromatic exercises. Just start slow on one string and move up and down the strings and slowly get faster. There are a lot of good finger exercises out there that really strengthen the fingers up big time. I need to do more of them myself.
