I'm going to have alot of free time on my hands starting next week, thanks to my new found computer programming job. Because of this, I've been scrambling on ideas of how to tie up lose ends on Breathe Anew and Hope For The Dead. I'm pretty much creating a new layout for BA and just piecing the new site together, moving it all to a new server, while I'm hoping to hammer out some of the vital details on LS and it's past that has been missing from HTFD for quite some time.
Once I'm done with these projects (mostly likely around October) I hope to launch a few new sites. I'm kickin around a few ideas, but the one that I was the most pleased with was a Christian metal site, kinda like Music Refuge is to Christian music in general. I'm not big on pigeon holeing my music, but I think it'd be great if there was this one place where kids could come to and explore quality metal bands in the Christian community. If you have a good handle on web design, graphic arts, or claim to be the authority on the best in Christian metal, ranging over multiple genres (excluding nu-metal and metalcore) then let's talk. I'd like to make this a collobrative effort with four other guys (and/or gals). As of now, I have one pending member. I'm hoping to have this thing ready to launch by Christmas.

I'd like to help, but all I could do is album reviews.

No offense, but staff really won't be handling reviews, though I do plan on making it a feature for members to do so.

I often claim to be extremely knowledgable about Christian metal, but I'm pretty sure there are other people who know more than me. If no one else comes forward then I'll volunteer to be the authority on the best in Christian metal.

I'll have to take you up on that offer, amoyensis. Right now I have three people onboard including me, one guy is more of a part time deal, so I still am willing to bring on three more guys.

I'd love to be a part of this Enforcer. But I know jack squat about all that stuff you listed. I have some knowledge of the Christian metal scene, but most of it is info I found on sites like yours, personal expirience and web research. I'm by no means an authority on anything but changing diapers raising kids and late '60s GM muscle cars. you can count on me being a member. Thats for sure!

We're thinking about putting up an online radio station to coincide with the site. We could use a few guys who would be willing to serve as DJs on a regular basis.

From what I have read so far, it doesn't seem like there would be too much work involved. You play bands that would be found on the site and then you can chime in every now and then and just give a little background on a artist, or something, like a normal DJ. It's not necessary for us to have DJs since we can have qued broadcasts, but I think it'd be a great way to may the radio feel less robotic. We don't expect you to be available all the time, but we're thinking that night slots and weekends may work good for this. Depending upon when people can do this, we may only ask for a few hours at a time, unless you want to do more.
