I keep hearing stuff about Mustaine, but I have no idea what actually happened. What happened? Wasn't he the guitarist in metallica for a while and then got kicked out for some reason? I'm not entirely sure...

"After getting fired from Metallica, all I remember is that I wanted blood. Theirs. I wanted to be faster and heavier than them" - MUSTAINE. WELL, ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS...CONGRATULATIONS DAVE, YOU DID IT. AND THEN SOME.

Mustaine was kicked out for being an alcoholic. He then went on to be an incredible douche alongside being WAY better than Metallica. Recently, he's attempted to reconcile the things said/done along with becoming a christian.

lol I love the interview with Dave on Get Thrashed! and he's like,
"People say that getting kicked out of Metallica made me get faster and better than them; but, I was faster and better than then when I was in Metallica."

they've wrote some great songs, and i think reign in blood and seasons in the abyss are great albums, just don't think they're anywhere near as good as they used to be.
and they were terrible live last time i saw them.

WELL EVERYONE KNOWS THAT THE ONLY AMAZING SLAYER IS SHOW NO MERCY THROUGH SEASONS IN THE ABYSS (PERSONAL FAVORITE IS SOUTH OF HEAVEN), BUT I THINK GOD HATES US ALL WAS A LOT BETTER THAN THEIR OTHER NEWER OUTPUT. AND THE NEW SONGS SOUND PROMISING.

Always been a major Megadeth fan myself...i don't think I've ever disliked an album from them. Slayer I like Reign in Blood and Hell Awaits but that's about it. Anthrax I like every album with Joey Belladonna...Metallica, I like Ride the Lightning...that's about it.
