I saw it with my wife a couple of days ago. It was a fantastic movie, but really dark for a Toy Story.
Still, we really enjoyed it.

*spoiler warning*It was enjoyable, but not as good as the other Toy Story films. The plot seemed like a slight variation of the first two films: "Oh no! We're toys and we will be given away and no one will love us anymore! Nooooo!!!" It wasn't nearly as creative as most Pixar plot lines. My biggest disappointment was the way they approached character development. They introduced almost 20 new characters (daycare center toys, Bonnie's toys) and barely developed any of them. The new characters they did spend time developing didn't interest me. For example, Lotso was very similar to Stinky Pete in his leadership and overall villainy. I realized he was evil the moment he appeared. The characters that peaked my interest the most (the one's in Bonnie's room) were given almost no screentime or importance. In addition, there was no significant character development for the "old" toys from the first and second films. Perhaps the relationship between Buzz and Jessie can be seen as important, but to me it seemed like an afterthought by the scriptwriters. On a more positive note, I enjoyed seeing the Totoro doll worked into the film.

I thought the movie was brilliant (and the short too)! I recommend it.
Two words...Mr. Tortilla.

So much of that movie was made of nightmares. Mr. Tortilla, The baby staring at the starry sky, the infernal inferno furnace, it goes on and on.

Yeah, the short was really good. The audience was roaring, at least the guys, when the waterfall instance showed up, haha.

I was blazed out of my motherf**king mind when I saw it, and I could not stop laughing at the monkey, the way woody ran, and mr. potato-head as a tortilla.
Also, I think the storyline was a little more mature because they were wanting to make it appeal a little more towards the young adults who grew up with the first two, since its such a sentimental movie series to so many (myself included).
