I think what's important now that this election is over is for all of us to set aside our differences in order to make our country a better place. We need to work together and not be so hostile. I personally think Peace > War.

Sounds like my friend...that I already discussed. Was it this thread? Either way, most of you have likely seen it.

I personally think Peace > War. Some differences are too important to set aside. Being peaceful with potential tyranny isn't better than being at war with it. Just because the majority voted for a candidate doesn't require me to turn off my brain and let them run unopposed. Rightness isn't contingent on majority opinion. That's why this is a republic and not a democracy (mob-ocracy). At least, that was the original intention. Of course, I would have been at war ideologically with both candidates had either been elected.. I've been resisting both since their nominations.

Haha anyone see the South Park where Obama and McCain were really in it together just so they could gain access to a tunnel under the Whitehouse to steal a gem from the Smithsonian? Ahh South Park... so awesome. "boom baby!"

Hey, I've got no problem being part of europe
for the record, I voted Obama, simply out of opposition to McCain. I was originally extremely opposed to Obama, but I caved.

All the people who think that McCain would have horrible, I just feel like Obama is going to be no better than what McCain would have been. He's already saying crap like it would take 2 terms for change to really come. What a joke.
