The government does not deserve my respect in any area. Also, nobody has ever died a marijuana-related death. You can't get lung cancer from smoking marijuana. As well, it is not physically addictive, and is only mentally addictive if you allow it to be. Utter rubbish. Back your claims. I have witnessed pot to destroy one's ability to maintain relationships (friends, family, Bf/Gf, etc.), significantly reduce determination/academic performance, and produce a frenzy of potheads who make blabbering, unbacked conjectures of glorious fail. Pot "can't be addicting"? if you say that, then I say that beer can't be addicting either. Pot can kill you? Well drinking like a fish for as many hours as you can fathom most likely won't lead you to death-- but what it does to your judgement and ability to participate in normal activities WILL KILL YOU. Your saying this is somehow different for pot? Excessive smoke in your lungs? cancerous death. Drive a bus while high? Can lead to death. Operate machinery while high can be what? Death. "Also, nobody has ever died a marijuana-related death." That is laughable. Your saying nobody has been so high they did something stupid and died because of it? Were you high when writing/thinking this claim to be true? Making statements like what you did are ridiculous. They do nothing to prove that pot is AT ALL beneficial. It is an addictive vice, used to numb our brains when we don't want to feel anything. They also do nothing to convince somebody the benefit of legalizing the stuff. Instead of making horribly erroneous and unbacked claims how "pot can't be addicting....and it doesn't hurt people", why not talk about how pot will be a booming business, or a method for moving money in a dry economy? That might have some validity. YES! I am rambling. I had to get it out. You really should calm down. Here, smoke some of this marijuana.

Well it is pretty bad that I got worked up over something you didn't say. Its something a friend of mine kinda said..
But no, I want not your pot. And I'll have you know, that was the first time somebody ever offered/tried to get me to smoke pot, and it was on the internet!

They'll ask you, and if you say no, they'll be like "okay."

If I do ever get asked (in real life) I will determine if the peer pressure is great or not for myself.

One in particular was always teary eyed and tired until he had his smoke break. He was the most passionate about defending it, but he always looked like he was about to die. XP

Or even if they offered or not.

^ Getting asked to smoke pot /= peer pressure Eh, I guess you're right. But they wouldn't hang out with me because I didn't smoke or drink. So it kind of is in this case. It isn't a big deal now. They all got fired/quit a few months ago. But, to be honest, they were the most entertaining people there.
